Summary of Food ExperienceMike has worked in the Restaurant Industry as a manager for 10 years. He has written articles on the industry for various industry magazines and websites. Mike began his career as most do in the Restaurant industry: waiting tables. From there, he began getting more and more responsibilities and eventually was made a server and cashier trainer. After doing this for 3 years, he was offered a management position with a quick serve restaurant. He spent another two years, before taking a higher manager position at another local chain.
After 9 years of restaurant managing, he decided to move to Nashville, TN, where he helped expand a restaurant in the popular East Nashville neighborhood.
