When Ronald moved to the United States with his family, he continued to develop his language skills in his schooling, learning French in middle school, and Latin and Greek at Cornell University as an undergraduate. Ronald's aptitude in languages continued in his professional experiences, where he obtained an interpreting certificate for community medical health interpreting which is what originally introduced him to interpreting and translating professionally.
