After receiving her degree in English Language and Philology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2009), Nastazia started working as a freelance translator and proofreader. Her working languages include Greek, English and German. She has also voluntarily translated children's literature.

Summary of Industry Experience

Publishing

Nastazia is extremely interested in literature. It is not only a hobby, but she has also taken many courses in English and American literature during her BA studies. Her experience in the field includes the translation of a children's tale.

Government

Nastazia has translated a governmental- legal text, from English to Greek. The text was a letter between ministries, and referred to environmental issues. So, it applies to the fields of government, law and environment. Finally,she finds these fields highly interested.

Home Living

Nastazia has translated a brochure on home industry (painting/ industrial materials). The language pair of this project was German to Greek (her native language). The text referred to industrial materials (natrium, potassium), decoration and painting techniques.

Summary of Product Experience

Book

Nastazia has translated a children's tale from Greek into English , for a non-profit online publishing house in Greece. Its title was "Kanellis explores Athens" and it was published in 2013.

Nastazia has translated 3 brochures, in the field of business and technology. She has translated 2 technical texts from English to Greek and one in the field of business, from German to Ebglish. The following sample is a part of the last mentioned project.
