A Portuguese lawyer with more than 10 years of experience, Sofia is also a bicultural person, after living in Timor-Leste since 2006. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Tetum, Sofia decided to launch a 24-hour service of legal translations, based upon my thorough knowledge of legal terminology. My company has already provided successful translations to Timorese, Portuguese and Guinea-Bissau clients, as well as Russian and US-based translation agencies.

Sofia is a member of the Portuguese Association of Translators and Interpreters (APTRAD) and volunteer to Translators without Borders (TWB). Currently, Sofia is applying for NAATI certification ENG > PT.
