After receiving her specialist's degree (philology, English and German) from Tula University, she worked full-time for the largest companies in her city, like KBP Instrument Design Bureau (defense industry) and Schekinoazot (production of chemicals) and now is a freelance translator servicing a number of Russian and international customers.
