Ekaterina was born in Crimea; she has been living in Israel since 1999. She uses her academic background in Linguistics and her fluency in Hebrew to produce quality translations into her native Russian. She has a lot of experience in translating IDs, birth certificates, marriage certificates, transcripts, official letters, syllabi, diplomas, CVs, report cards, matriculation certificates and academic articles. Currently Ekaterina in looking for opportunities to translate books (fiction as well as and non-fiction), newspaper articles, blogposts and other types of texts from Hebrew into her native Russian.

Ekaterina started translating small projects while she was still a student majoring in English Language and Literature. She graduated in 2007 and has been translating for a living ever since. Today she is looking for a new challenge of translating texts that deal with food, wine, world cuisines, cooking and culinary traditions around the globe. This experience would allow Ekaterina to give expression to her passion for travelling, food, different cultures and the world around her.

Ekaterina has translated a wide range of texts, including certificates, correspondence, annual reports, syllabi, resumes, web pages, transcripts, contracts, etc. She is currently looking to broaden her experience and is excited to translate books, articles, web pages, blog posts, brochures and catalogs in various fields.
