Jorge has been working full time as a translator (English to Spanish and/or Catalan) since 1992. He started as an in-house translator for APSIC (Barcelona), leading localization company working for major IT companies, and also the developers of the QA tool XBench, now known worldwide. From 1997 to 2008, he worked in-house for the Spanish leading telecom company TELEFONICA. From 2008 to present, he has been working as a freelance translator and proofreader in the medical, technical and marketing fields for many publishing houses, translation agencies, companies and organizations throughout the world.
