Summary of Industry Experience

As part of her work with The Voice of Downtown Boston, Stephanie has attended and reviewed several theater productions, including Once the Musical and I Love Lucy Live. She has also had the opportunity to write about various sports and recreation activities, including ice skating at Boston's famed Frog Pond and skiing in New England.

Stephanie seeks out new restaurant openings and writes reviews for The Voice of Downtown Boston. As a writer there she has also profiled several restaurants within one piece, such as a roundup of the best places to watch the big game. At MySecretBoston.com she sought to give much-deserved attention to some of the city's better holes in the wall. At Food and Travel Magazine she also contributed to written copy covering new restaurants and new cuisine from all corners of the globe.

Stephanie's work in travel writing began at Food and Travel Magazine in London, where she assisted the editorial team in pieces devoted to the latest hot spots around the globe. There she wrote pieces about exotic hotels as far away as Bora Bora, and as "local" as quaint weekend getaways in the English countryside. At The Voice of Downtown Boston she has focused on short trips to get you out of the city, such as her piece on the best skiing destinations just outside of Boston.
