Sarah specializes in working with nonprofits to craft grant proposals to advance programs and initiatives driven by the organization. In addition to grant proposals that bring in new funding for organizations, Sarah specializes in telling the story of organizations through report writing, newsletters, copy editing, graphic creation, speech writing and translation (English into Spanish).
Sarah enjoys reading, spending time with her two children and traveling.
Sarah is a leader in the nonprofit industry, with nearly 15 years developing and securing funding for programs at local, state and national levels. Sarah has secured over $10M in grant dollars through her nonprofit development work, along with publishing numerous reports, articles, newsletters, webinars and stories that elevate the work of organizations across the country.
Sarah has worked with local and state governments for more than a decade, focusing on the development of initiatives that serve the most marginalized communities. Sarah has created toolkits, webinars, reports and new resources that support local and state governments around their program design, model sharing and case studies to effectively reach communities in most need.
Sarah brings over a decade of experience with over $10M secured through her grant writing work with nonprofit organizations. Working at local, state and national organizations, Sarah has led the writing and submission of proposals for federal grants, philanthropic foundation grants and local/state government grant opportunities. The funding secured has advanced new programs and initiatives serving the most marginalized communities across the United States.
