Cynthia has nurtured a love for the written word since she was able to read and write. She enjoys time with family and friends but to relax and regroup she adores spending quiet time on walks, watching her favorite streaming shows or listening to smooth jazz.
She loves the challenges of helping others become better at living a fulfilling and meaningful life. She also enjoys singing and watching her children in dance performances (though her role as "dance mom" was not her favorite position in life).

Cynthia has worked in the field of diversity/inclusion management and is well versed on related topics which include the value and benefits of D&I and how D&I is applicable in all settings. This includes writing to educate and explain the multifaceted layers of diversity initiatives, handling hot topics, policy development and communications aimed at those who are champions as well as those who are timid in tackling these issues.

She is a mother and is interested in writing pieces on children, motherhood, family and marriage. She has written blogs that speak to working mothers and the need for self-care and stress reduction, has counseled and done presentations for men and women for family enrichment. Her interests and personal experience with children and family drive her desire to write on these topics.
