She has been a vegetarian for many years, recently completed her yoga instructor education, and is a fierce advocate of both education and moderation in all things that could impact your health. Knowing what you put into your body is the key to making your body work for you -- not against you.
Rachel worked at high-end retail clothing establishments while in college, allowing her to develop a keen eye for style and trends. Rachel also worked in management at a high-end cosmetic company after graduating with her Bachelor's degree. The combined experience helped Rachel hone her own fashion sense and allows her to write on fashion topics with authority and experience.
Rachel was a natural athlete throughout her childhood. Although basketball was her sport of choice, she played many other sports as well. As an adult, Rachel is a yoga devotee. She recently completed a rigorous 200-hour course to obtain her yoga instructor credentials. Rachel firmly believes in treating your body as the temple it is intended to be.
Rachel has brought her experience traveling and living abroad to her writing career. Rachel enjoys bringing the people and places she has been to life in her writing as well as learning about places she has yet to visit through the research she conducts for clients.
Rachel has written extensively, both while in college and during the years that followed. Although her degree is in business marketing, Rachel realized that what she truly enjoyed about marketing was writing the content used to market a product or entice consumers to attend an event.
