Specialties

Jeremy has covered a number of sports at the high school and professional levels. He has five years covering professional box lacrosse. During his time as a freelance high school sports writer, he helped cover football, basketball, baseball, softball, wrestling, tennis, bowling, and swimming. He also has experience covering the National Football League for BillsWire and other online outlets.

Interests

Jeremy enjoys writing about all sports because competition and skill always intrigue him. He is most interested in football, lacrosse, and soccer, but where there is athletic competition and skill involved, he is ready to observe, learn, educate, and enjoy.

He is an aspiring grill and pit master. He enjoys learning how to smoke all sorts of meat, but he always comes back to a good rack of St Louis ribs. He prefers them sauced, but he also believes that a great rub can stand alone, too. He prefers cooking with wood and charcoal, but he knows the value of a good gas grill for weeknight grilling.

He is coming up on celebrating a year as a homeowner. He quickly figured out that being a homeowner is great, but there is always some sort of project that needs to be done. A good set of power and hand tools is always a necessity. He also believes that WD-40 and duct tape are some of the most important tools anyone can have.

He loves to spend time with his wife and three kids, spend time with his church family, play board games, read, and of course, watch sports.
