Haleigh is the author of two fiction books written for young adults. THE ART OF FALLING IN LOVE (2019) published with small press, Literary Crush Publishing, and forthcoming novel A FEELING LIKE HOME (2021) published with small press, Sword & Silk Books.
She worked closely with an editor on a popular serial fiction app. Haleigh wrote and edited over two hundred 1500-word episodes based on short outlines given to her from an editor. The serialized story she worked on was the app's top story and to date has garnered over forty-one million reads.
Haleigh created, edited, and proofread articles on a widespread variety of topics for several different content websites while incorporating some SEO. During this time she wrote over 50 articles and maintained a 4.5/5 star rating based on her article quality.
She graduated from a top communications program in 2012 and participated in a the paper, "Relationship Status Update": Involvement with Facebook and Personal Happiness".
She wrote and researched along with a group of peers a paper presented at the 2011 Undergraduate Scholars Research Conference held in Monterery, California. The paper explores the correlation between overall happiness and how much social media usage a person participates in. The paper won a "Top Paper" award at the conference.
