Rebecca always has her nose in a book or her ear pods in listening to an audiobook or podcast. She devours content and loves learning new things. She loves going wine tasting and enjoys cooking. Due to her food sensitivities, she’s continuously creating and tweaking recipes. Rebecca also loves to stretch her creative muscles by painting, crafting, crocheting, and sewing. She has a large fluffy Maine Coon cat she loves snuggling.
Rebecca K graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Writing with an English minor. The majority of her classes were in creative writing for both fiction and nonfiction and professional writing. While in college, she worked as a writing consultant at her university’s writing center, Frederick Meijer Center for Writing and Michigan Authors, for four years.
Rebecca has written articles in the area of health, wellness, and mental health. She has a huge interest in nutrition, diets, mental health, wellness, and health. She loves to dive into researching a topic (looking at scholarly research and articles) and convert it into writing that is readable and applicable to readers. She has also been the Lead Screenwriter, researching, developing, and writing a masterclass-type, in-app video for Flo Health (a women's health app).
