She specializes in copywriting, blog posts, copyediting, informative articles, inspirational articles, and more.
She recently started a personal blog, and plans to have a mix of inspirational and informative posts based on spirituality as well as travel/van life.
Other than travel, she has a deep love for gaming and all things nerdy, as well as being a life-long lover of a variety of genres of music.
She has a variety of interests, ranging from nature and the outdoors to art and animated content, as well as music and gaming. She's a huge fan of fantasy and action in written and visual contexts, having excelled in both reading and playing video games by the time she was only 5 or 6. She's been drawing and making up stories from age 4 and aspires to eventually write her own comic/graphic novel series (which she currently has in the works).
Her music tastes range from old county --> metal --> rap --> classical orchestras. She played piano from the age of 5 until 20, and some day would love to pick it back up. She also has a background in choir (including being part of a selective choir in high school as a first soprano), and has a working understanding of musical concepts. She loves listening to and immersing herself in music and discussing it with like-minded individuals.
On top of her more 'nerdy' qualities, she is also an avid outdoorsman. She loves to hike and explore, especially with her Rottweiler, Pistol Annie. Her childhood love for figures like Lara Croft pushed her to want to explore all the hidden (and not so hidden, but still beautiful) places on Earth. She currently lives the van life for this reason, and plans to travel abroad in the future to explore different cultures as well as geographic wonders.
She was enrolled in the Running Start program her junior and senior year of high school. In that time she completed the majority of my credits required for her AAS degree. In the summer of 2018, she completed her last 10 credits to earn my AAS degree.
Currently she lives the van life and is traveling the lower 48 US states. Her blog is focused on travel and the ins and outs of van life.
Before this she traveled by plane and has frequented Pennsylvania and Minnesota. She plans to move onto international travel once COVID is more contained and it is safe for her and others to resume their world exploration.
Starting out on the Playstation One, she has been an avid gamer since the age of 4. Consoles played include the Nintendo GameCube, Nintendo 64, Playstation 2, Wii, Xbox360 and Xbox One. She can hold her own in online matches but prefers story driven campaigns in franchises such as Tomb Raider and Far Cry.
Played piano from the ages of 5 to 20, taking lessons from age 5 to 13. Took choir in both junior high and high school, earning a place in the Selective/Advanced choir during sophomore year as a first soprano. Has a basic understanding of music theory and a wide genre range - from classical to metal, from country to rap/hip-hop.
Growing up in rural Washington state, she has an extensive background with animals, including time spent as a veterinary assistant and some minor education as a veterinary technician. She has owned dogs and cats her entire life and has owned horses and other livestock for the last seven years. She's passionate for animals and educating others on animal care and behavior.
She currently runs her own travel blog and has published 3 blogs to date. She has a long history of creative writing as well as research writing for objective articles. Currently she writes everyday, posting content on her blog twice a week.
She published a short story while in a 4th/5th grade split class. Currently, she is in the process of writing her own modern fantasy novel/trilogy series. She is an avid reader and writer of fiction, both short stories, and novels.
