Brian has been writing in the automotive space for 20+ years. Recent projects include writing TV ads for dealer groups across the country and creating a gallery-like tour of Mazda’s Retail Evolution Dealer concept. The tour works via a Smartphone app, guiding the user through the dealership. At key points, the user hears the stories behind the building’s design influences and artwork with an end-game focus on building stronger connections between the customer and the brand.
He has developed expertise both in the automotive products themselves and in the retail businesses that support them. For the products, he has penned launch events, product brochures, video walkarounds, how-to videos and web courses. For the retail businesses, Brian has developed curriculum on all aspects of the business, from creating an exceptional customer experience to selling additional service recommendations to using proper phone skills.
