Patty is a cross-industry consultant for a variety of businesses leveraging her 20+ year career in marketing, internal/external communications, sales, training, and project management with leading, top-tier organizations. She enjoys being a partner and extension of businesses to make a difference. In every role she's ever had, she has used her gift of writing skills to add value to the organization(s).

After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communications, her first job out of college was at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise of the NFL. She was part of the first Community Relations team ever formed, under the Glazer leadership. In 1997, Patty helped launch the very first Warrick Dunn “Homes for the Holidays” event which has since grown into a large program in 15 cities with countless homes given to families in need. She and the team worked with Tony Dungy and his players to bring to life “off-the-field” programs. Patty was also a writer for the team magazine, liaison to the media relations team and the Bucs Women’s Organization.

Patty’s first corporate position was at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Big 5 firm, where she gained valuable national experience. She held an integral role on the National Recruiting Team specializing in Employer Marketing & Branding projects for the firm’s Management Consulting Services unit. Patty worked with national advertising agencies to brainstorm and develop out the employer brand resulting in “best in class” collateral. At PwC, Patty was also a founding member of the first MCS National Diversity Recruitment & Retention team in 2001. In these roles, she traveled around the country to serve as a resource to staff and facilitate the employer brand messaging & tools. She also planned and executed participation in numerous large-scale events on behalf of the firm while leading teams of IT consultants as volunteer representatives.

Patty left PricewaterhouseCoopers to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry which afforded her the opportunity to continue to add to her skill set by getting B2B sales training and experience. She landed at a Top 10 leading multinational French pharmaceutical company, Sanofi-Aventis, for nearly eight years. In this role, she built and maintained relationships with physicians of varying specialties and medical professionals while educating them on a diverse set of disease states and medicines. In her first year, she was nominated as Rookie of the Year Sales Rep and later in her tenure, one of the representatives selected to become a Certified District Trainer, a distinction that only 250 trainers out of 10,000 representatives would covet.

In the past six years, Patty has pursued her passion to help organizations in a variety of capacities where she could really make a positive difference. Patty loves putting the pieces of the puzzle together for clients and being an extension of their organization to make a lasting impact.
