The bulk of Jonny’s writing experience has been in editing student essays. For over ten years, he has created expositive, argumentative and narrative writing assignments at the college level and worked extensively with student writers to shape their attempts into something concise and meaningful.

Having worked overseas, Jonny has also completed over 50 translation projects from Spanish to English. The nature of these projects has varied from technical to the translation of theatrical reviews.

Additionally, Jonny has published academic articles on writing in English as a Second Language (ESL) classes and presented workshops at educational conferences, such as CATESOL. His experience also includes writing and editing a book on his time living and working in Armenia. He has written promotional materials for English Language Programs with the State Department.

Jonny has also published a fictitious piece in Austin-based Feast Magazine and has been an active blogger for over ten years.
