Hilary made the most of college. She was Class President for three years, a Resident Advisor, Peer Educator, President of the Psychology Club, a Building Manager at the Student Union, and held a slew of other roles on campus. All of this happened while she worked up to three jobs at a time, maintained a good GPA and earned awards like the Psychology Service Award.
During graduate school, Hilary focused on fiction. Her creative these was a series of short stories about the sacrifices people make in their personal lives in order to be successful in their professional lives.
Hilary earned the Lean Sensei, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Black Belt certificates.
In the lean manufacturing arena, Hilary has created content for independent consultants, in addition to memos and training she wrote as part of her full-time work in manufacturing. She has earned three Lean Six Sigma certificates and is a member of the American Society for Quality. All of this combined with her natural passion for process improvement helps her create engaging and timely content.
