Jessica graduated with 3.96 GPA and immediately hired for librarian position with local public library upon graduating.
As a Senior Technical Support Analyst within the IT field, Jessica creates and updates both internal and external knowledge support articles regularly. She also has experience creating technical manuals and handouts for library resources utilized by patrons and staff.
Jessica has experience in creating advertising and marketing materials for libraries, as well instructional guides and handouts. Jessica has also volunteered for several non-profit organizations, such as the National Guard Family Readiness Group, the Lions Club, and several animal rescue organizations. Jessica has experience writing newsletters, marketing materials, and outreach correspondence with these organizations.
