Developing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to ensure ACI’s continued growth as a fully-funded enterprise. He is currently working with other managers to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to ACI’s many diverse labor contract partnerships as well as the product and service offerings from its wholly-owned shops. He also works closely with the Department of Corrections to create effective communications for internal and external audiences (including state legislators) about ACI’s mission to provide on-the-job-training opportunities for inmates to improve their employment prospects upon release.
Prior to moving to Phoenix, Clark enjoyed a rewarding 25-year career in New York City where he was instrumental to the successful launch of many new products, trade magazines and industry events. He has created and mentored successful marketing teams in a variety of industries to re-position existing products, expand market penetration, establish mutually beneficial business partnerships, increase brand awareness and create more efficient and effective marketing initiatives.

For more than ten years, Clark served as internet marketing director at United Business Media, helping this international, high-tech trade publisher navigate through the internet revolution that spawned many flash-in-pan burnouts before settling into the indispensable resource it is today.

Prior to UBM, Clark held various marketing positions including a six-year tenure as marketing manager at IEEE Communications Society. There he learned, first-hand — from the technology visionaries who created it — what the digital communications revolution would mean for enterprises around the world. As an early adopter he continues to demonstrate how the move from analog to digital improves marketing effectiveness while driving down costs.
