A European Honors student, Richard spent his senior year in Italy.
Upon return from Rome, Richard enrolled in the Graduate Studies program of S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where he graduated with an MFÃ… in just 11 months.
Having made his first ocean voyage at age 6, Richard is an inveterate traveler and explorer. His specialty is luxury travel of all kinds, culinary arts programs, luxury cruising and wine tourism.
Creating memorable food campaigns was Richard's forte in the Advertising business. His clients included Sara Lee, Hillshire Farms, Coca Cola, Jimmy Dean, Bryan Foods. He was the creative force behind Paul Newman's first Advertising campaign which boosted sales some 300 percent.
Consumate Food Wine and Travel writer, Richard has invented his own recipes, written about countless cooks, chefs and food products. He has traveled the world enrolling in cooking classes, reviewing restaurants,cruise lines and culinary arts programs.
Hotel Stories are a specialty. Not surprising since Richard's grandfather was in the hotel business...
