Having worked as an administrative assistant as well as running her own small business for many years, Rachel is adept at using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Social Media advertising and management, and customer service. In her last position, Rachel managed all of the business's social media accounts, ran all of their social media campaigns and created all of their online content. When running her own business she created a monthly newsletter, both in print and online, maintained a website, managed her social media and did her own chat support.

Along with these skills, Rachel loves being a mom to a teenage son as well as an avid reader and writer. When she joined the PTA at her son’s school, Rachel learned many lessons about education, non-profits, children and dealing with other mothers. Along with planning and executing many events, programs, fundraisers and carnivals, Rachel also created the school's first program to deal with the problem of students who were not getting enough food during the long school breaks. Running a non-profit is more than fundraising and carnivals. In her five years running the organization, Rachel had to quickly learn how to balance a budget, run meetings, stay within the law and how to keep a 501(c).

Rachel’s family lives in a multi-generational house with her husband, son, parents, and an older brother. This living situation comes with benefits and it's fair share of challenges. One of the benefits is the opportunity to cook for the family. There is nothing Rachel loves more than sitting around a table enjoying each others company over a great meal or dessert. She taught herself to cook at a young age and quickly realized she was adept at not only cooking but baking as well. She has created numerous recipes herself and loves experimenting with new flavors and techniques. Her mother has allergies and Rachel had to quickly learn how to cook gluten and dairy free and has become an expert at turning just about any recipe into something everyone can enjoy.

Rachel is ready to meet deadlines and is able to focus on the client to deliver a professional job that fit the client's needs. Given the chance, she won't disappoint.
