Rachel studied many subjects although her favorite was English and Humanities. She was awarded an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and hopes to continue her education with a Master's Degree in English.
Rachel loves experiencing the family sitting around a table enjoying each others company over a great meal or dessert. She taught herself to cook at a young age and quickly realized she was adept at not only cooking but baking as well. She has created numerous recipes herself and loves experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
Rachel’s family lives in a multi-generational house with her parents and an older brother. This living situation comes with benefits and it's fair share of challenges.
When she joined the PTA at her son’s school, Rachel learned many lessons about education, non-profits, children and dealing with other mothers.
