Nina has extensive knowledge on and is confident that she can write competently about: Real Estate, Fitness, Animals/Pets, Jewelry and Family/Kids
Nina attended the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. There, she studied biology, sociology, and women's studies.
This was Nina's primary job for almost 2 years. She wrote sales letters, email marketing campaigns and headlines for A/B testing as well as scripts for both video sales letters and YouTube videos for a channel with over 3.5M subscribers. The company she worked for believed very heavily in practicing what you preach. Catered "clean" meals and 2-hour lunches were the daily norms so the writers could truly experience what their audience was going through, making their content more relatable.
As a new mom, Nina has spent a lot of time reading up on and experiencing the family life. She has discovered that although it is great to read all the books and be prepared, there is no substitute for true, hands-on experience. Her whole identity has shifted and she is very confident that any writing assignment concerning kids/family could be completed in any tone necessary - as the joys of motherhood can vary from day-to-day.
Although Nina hasn't had any paid opportunities to write about companion animals, she has had previous experience as a Veterinary Technician and Surgical Technician for about 7 years. She has extensive knowledge of preventative care and behavioral concerns. She also has extensive experience in speaking with owners/adopters about all topics and concerns, she is confident that any writing assignment could be easily and clearly executed.
Nina has some experience writing basic copy for web pages. She has focused on topic-specific pages with an emphasis on keywords, keyword density, and word count.
Nina was part of a team who wrote, edited and cast talent for video sales letters and YouTube commercials. All content was A/B tested and Nina was consistently one of the top performers with winning topics, headlines, and intros. The topic was always fitness but could range from diet to full-lifestyle.
