During her 25 years as a successful bankruptcy and consumer lawyer. Carron helped hundreds of clients resolve difficult issues and gain financial freedom. As a writer, her words reach even further. She loves the law because she loves learning, researching issues, and writing about those issues to inform and influence the reader. She is especially adept at breaking down complicated esoteric concepts for a lay audience.

Carron has taught bankruptcy and creditor's rights, legal research and writing, and real estate law to college students, and constitutional law, moot court, and money management to high school students. She regularly presents to lawyer groups and community organizations.

Besides her law school education (top 30 school, magna cum laude, law review), she has a master's degree in counseling and recently became certified as a divorce coach who guides clients through the difficult and often heart wrenching process of disentangling from long-term relationships.

To round out her education and balance her energies, Carron graduated from the improv comedy training program and the sketch writing program of a major comedy club. She is a founding member of four improv troupes and has written for and performed in several sketch reviews. She also writes for the comedy club's blog, where she talks about how improv changes lives.
