Haley is currently working toward her master's degree in environmental and energy policy, so she is very interested in related topics. Haley Robinson graduated with honors from Boise State University in 2013 with a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism as well as a certificate in Public Relations. During her time at the university, Haley was active in the Honors College and worked in many positions at the student newspaper, including serving as editor-in-chief her senior year.
Having worked for a university for multiple years, much of the writing Haley has worked on has been in the education sector. Recently she has been helping departments at the university improve their web content. This experience required writing about a diverse set of departments and colleges. Haley spends time familiarizing herself with the strengths of the department and then helps craft strategic messaging to highlight those strengths in clear and inspiring copy.
Haley has done multiple projects with a web company that works closely with the office technology equipment industry. She has written web copy and blogs focused on many office products including production printers, wide-format printers, computer equipment, document management systems, and more.
Haley has been a copywriter for a local agency's travel association client. For this client, she has written web content, ad copy, brochure copy, and blogs over the past couple of years. She also had the opportunity to come up with taglines that were included in a local airport display.
Haley has worked with multiple ad agencies to generate copy for advertisements. She also writes ad copy as part of her current job as Marketing Coordinator. She is comfortable taking on different tones depending on the audience and intention of the ad.
