Minor in Humanities, combining courses in music, art, and world literature; capstone project focused on the music of the Appalachian area of the United States.
Study focused on a comprehensive study of a specific genre, Victorian English Literature, with additional supplemental courses in other genres. Required comprehensive examination. Thesis topic focused on Irish Novelist Samuel Beckett's Molloy trilogy.

Karen has written, co-written, edited, and proofread a number of articles intended to be published in various venues, but primarily academic and professional journals covering various topics including psychology, business, and technical instruction.
Many of Karen's previous clients were not literate in or interested in using social media as a business; thus, while Karen herself is active on Facebook and Twitter, only a few jobs have resulted for this venue.
Karen previously worked for a publisher whose focus was autobiography of famous individuals, including musicians and sports figures.
