The student was required to complete 30 Masters-level credits of study in Business Law, Finance, Leadership Studies, Marketing, and Research Methods. The student's performance was measured through traditional exams, but mostly through extensive and comprehensive research papers relating to each field of study.
The student completed a major in Christian Ministries with a concentration in Youth Ministry, as well as a minor in Music Composition. The student's performance was measured mostly through extensive research papers, presentations, and traditional exams. The student graduated in four years with honors.
The author currently works as an analyst assisting customer call centers with call volume forecasting and staff scheduling. Part of this work involves communicating directly with call center managers to describe and implement detailed staffing plans and adjustments, as well as quick communications to ensure plans are being followed.
This sample represents a portion of the author's work at Dan on the Run, his personal blog dedicated to distance running and related concepts. The blog covers training summaries, race reviews, and product reviews and comparisons. Although it is a personal blog, the authors strives to maintain a professional voice, while keeping the tone conversational and relatable to fellow runners.
