Joe has written creatively since high school. It took graduating with degrees in Public Relations and English for him to realize that writing was his path in life, though he detoured a bit with selling cars! He writes all manner of things, researches information he lacks, and in general is never satisfied with his own work, even if his clients are! He spent several months as a technical writer/QA engineer for a tiny medical software company in Arkansas, and he uses the skills he learned there to assist him with putting technical jargon into easy-to-read, approachable writing.
