One of Dianne's favorite project types is the white paper. When writing a white paper, Dianne begins by identifying key questions potential clients are asking. Investigation comes next, to reveal the questions' detailed answers. Finally, she weaves the information into a paper that is logical, interesting and informative. The paper was well received and the company reproduced it as a marketing piece.
