From teaching writing to writing her own essays, short stories, poetry, and content, Leah has done it all. After completing her student teaching in college, Leah decided that writing was her true passion. She has been pursuing writing for many years, and recently began freelance writing.

Since Leah began freelance writing, she's been given some amazing opportunities to work with blogs, companies, and industries. Her most recent ongoing project has been with a book review blog designed to put great books into the hands of people who want to explore new avenues of literature.

Leah received her BA in Teaching Language Arts with a minor in Teaching Speech Communication in May of 2013. Simultaneously, she received her teaching license through the Utah State Office of Education.

One of her favorite projects collaborates with a site that is dedicated to promoting literacy through helping casual readers find books appropriate to their tastes and interests.
