Karren has a writing career spanning more than 25 years. She wrote and maintained an in-house knowledge base for colleagues while working as a network engineer. Since 2008 she has written various titles for online freelance magazine sites. Her many topics have included addressing issues for Mac, PC, printers, multimedia and Internet software. The format is often how-to, and Karrenâ€™s teaching background helps her effectively accomplish the instructions.
