Chris served as the chair of a premier policy writing think tank at Harvard University. In that capacity he wrote a variety of policy op-eds, executive summaries and full policy recommendations for a variety of audiences. He has written for newspapers, universities, and various government agencies.

He also has a JD and have written a variety of policy opinions on taxation and corporate business matters. Chris also has written a variety of legal agreements. These include sales agreements, IP licensing agreements, non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, and business operating agreements, among others.

He has also written several research papers, including a published thesis.
