Chris Pattillo is a certified Commercial Pilot who made the shift to adventure sports and travel writing after earning a Communications degree from the University of Washington in the News Writing track in 2013. He has written blogs and online features for web-based adventure publications, as well as produced video content for Gizmodo and others. Chris was living in Japan for two years following his education, and is now back in the USA, and able to write on a myriad of topics.
