Lisa M. has worked as an Alaska-based outdoors writer since 2005. She has authored one hiking guidebook with a second on the way, and regularly contributes outdoors material to national magazines, prominent newspapers and major websites. Just as importantly, she "walks the talk"; if she's not at her computer writing, she's probably off in the mountains somewhere.
Lisa M. has traveled extensively through Europe, Central America, Canada and the United States. She's written hundreds of travel articles with a particular focus on adventure travel, including visits to Alaska and Ireland. She is also fluent in Latin American Spanish, and is currently updating the 11th edition of a popular travel handbook.
