While working as a registered nurse for 12 years Kimberly was initially blessed with the opportunity to participate in the Cardiac Fellowship program of a Top 100 hospital. After gaining extensive knowledge in cardiology she had the desire to learn more, so she floated and gained knowledge and skills in oncology, general medical, post-procedure and the geriatric unit.
After leaving her hospital career, she continued on her journey to gain expertise in hospice, home care, long-term care and rehabilitation.
Prior to becoming a freelance writer, she had the opportunity to become familiar with new healthcare technology. However, it wasn't until she started writing that she became familiar with just how many technological advancements there were in the healthcare industry. After accepting projects and performing research, she has become quite knowledgeable in this area as well.
After an in-facility promotion, her career was advanced to an Administrative Director of Nursing. It was during this time in healthcare management that she learned the ins and outs of how a medical facility was run and how to keep business booming and profitable while delivering quality patient care.
As a versatile writer, Kim has written web page content for a number of clients in industries including health, dental, home improvement, real estate, legal, automotive, education and technology. Taking her clients specific business type, their mission, and targeted audience etc., Kim has had exceptional client reviews with a 0% rejection rate.
Since becoming a freelancer, Kimberly has ghostwritten hundreds of blog posts. The majority have been for the healthcare industry. As she is currently working on starting her own blog, she only has a sample to provide at this time.
The last 18 months of freelancing has also blessed her with the opportunity to write hundreds of articles for all types of industries. She has written web content, video scripts and articles for newsletters. The sample is of her published online business-related article.
