In college as Elizabeth studied for her BA in English, she worked her sophomore through senior year as an Editor for The Journal of Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Excellence. During her time as an editor for academic articles submitted to the journal, she was also given an additional assignment from JUR Press (the publishing company created for the journal) to edit a book submitted by a student who was interested in publishing through JUR Press.Thus beginning her career in editing.

More recently, she has had the opportunity to work with a popular and critically acclaimed author who has more than a dozen published books. She helped to edit his two latest books and is now avidly awaiting the third in the five part series.

She has recently begun working with a small self publishing company as their go-to copy-editor for their submissions. They publish mostly short memoir.
