Jennifer's background is in design for print and web graphics. She has a solid and proven track record working for higher education, non-profits and associations as well as government entities.

She is a highly skilled quality-conscious graphic designer that has designed for advocacy-based organizations, nonprofits and associations a large part of my career.

Her work history includes holding the position of Graphic Design and Production Manager at the American Public Health Association for over four years; working for two different colleges as a Senior Graphic Designer for approximately 10 years; and presently, managing my freelance business, JS Designs.

Her design experience has been very diverse—from marketing collateral and the design and implementation of graphic standards manuals, logos, brochures, posters, annual reports, web graphics, displays, signage, newsletters, banners, invitations, fliers, posters, books and more.

Her strengths are: 1) a high level of creativity — providing well thought-out and conceptual solutions to targeted audiences. 2) Teamwork — comfortable with working with authors, academics, marketing, administration and general staff. 3) Enthusiasm and perseverance for the design process. 4) Branding — helping organizations rethink their message and their look across all media. 5) Being proactive and a problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
