Cheryl's go-to software for photo editing is Paint Shop Pro, but she can find her way around Gimp.

She takes closeup photos, some from a distance, and also creates abstract photos from nature. Cheryl also researches stock images based on color, license and subject for blog posts, articles, web pages and other media.

Cheryl often finds interesting subjects to turn into abstract art, such as weathered boards, gravel, grating, fauna, flora and other items in nature. Closeups are her favorite photography technique.
Samples of abstract art include the stones in the Obey River and freezing fog. Both taken of real things and places using nature and zooming to distort the photos.

Cheryl takes photos of any type of products, though most are of nature, such as plants, trees, shrubs, bugs (if she can find them!), and aggregate items. Cheryl can photograph items close up and turn it into abstract photos or she can take the photos for product descriptions. She can take photos of products or locate photos of products.
