Furthermore, Kate has worked with nonprofits on a consulting basis focusing on board engagement, volunteer management, marketing, and the effective use of social media to drive their missions and visions.
Kate has worked in the retail and foodservice industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience in recruiting, hiring, and training and cohesive team while empowering them to grow, make their own decisions and make mistakes.
Kate has been working on nonprofit and leadership blog posts to help those inside and outside of the nonprofit sector to better utilize their talent and teams to improve reach for their cause.
