After starting as a student reporter at the Missouri S&T Miner newspaper, Andy quickly advanced to Features Editor. He built the paper's largest department and revamped the newspaper layout and design.
After working for Lakota Hope in Whiteclay, Nebraska, Andy released a first-hand news editorial detailing the social condition of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
"Creative," "witty" and "powerful" are terms often applied to Andy's writing by his clients. He has written thousands of articles, carefully optimized for popular engines, about everything from eco-friendly living to equity investment.
As a mechanical engineer, Andy ranks among the top 20 percent of his class at one of the nation's toughest engineering universities. His education comes backed by hands-on experience in home construction and camper trailer design and manufacturing.

Andy mans the helm of Boondock Campers LLC, a small-town manufacturer of teardrop campers and micro trailers. He is a jack-of-all-trades, installing plumbing and electrical systems, designing welded trailer chassis, handcrafting interior cabinetry, and constructing building envelopes fashioned from metal, wood, textile and synthetic composites.
Andy worked for Parker-Hannifin - Sporlan Division from January - August 2014 as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op.
