1-While working for a retail advertising agency, responsibilities included creating weekly promotions for a 55 store chain, grand opening concepts and business to business ads. Additional work in electronics included business to business promotions for an electronics manufacturer. All of these materials were sales driven and required deep involvement in the industries and the client businesses.
2-Additional technical experience includes writing technical home inspection reports. ( Senior member American Society of Home Inspectors).


While working for a retail advertising agency one of the accounts was Volkswagen Of America. There was a companion publication for Porsche/Audi. Volkswagen was aggressively expanding their dealer network and that included their parts and service departments. The project consisted of three years writing a 16 page publication, published quarterly, promoting parts, accessories, dealer service plus helpful tips to motorists on self maintenance, trip planning, and numerous other topics. Also included were retail copy segments for specific products including tires, wiper blades, roof racks, and everything else a customer might purchase through the dealer.


For over ten years as an employee of a global high technology manufacturer of medical equipment and supplies the responsibilities included creating corporate training materials in both hard copy and electronic formats as well as conducting training classes. Subject matter was varied as there was considerable diversity of the responsibilities.
