John is an avid gamer, spending his off-hours on Final Fantasy XIV Online. His other interests are books - particularly the works of Terry Pratchett and Nicholas Eames - film and television. If a story engages him, John will pore over every minute detail of it until he knows everything. This has resulted in a vast behind-the-scenes knowledge of his various interests, fueled by his need to know the inner workings of the creative minds that shaped his favorite tales.
John has written close to 300 entertainment articles in the past 5 years. Ranging from op-eds to listicles to breaking news, John has been employed by some of the top online publications working today. His rates are fair, his humor is sharp and informative, and his writing impeccable.
John has finally managed to publish his first novel online. Taking up a writing challenge from an online publisher, John was given over a month to write a 50-chapter romance novel in one draft. Although a daunting task, John completed it and is now a published author.
John's primary work in writing for the past several years has been writing online articles. These mainly focused on entertainment, including video games, comic books, movies/tv shows, and the industries surrounding all of the above.
