Dominic is passionate about writing and has a wealth of experience from both his personal and professional projects. In his free time he writes short stories, many of which have been published in literary fiction journals worldwide.

While living in Hanoi, he was employed as a Staff Writer on a nationally distributed magazine, writing on topics on life in Asia from food to motorcycling. After leaving Vietnam for Berlin, Germany, he wrote several food and drink articles for Vice, and also worked as a copywriter and editor for a tech start-up. For this company, he had to write SEO-optimised blog articles about company activities and upcoming projects. He planned content (according to industry trends, projected user needs, and specific keywords for engagement), researched mobile applications, and interviewed app developers in order to highlight their products on our site. As the blog grew he was responsible for hiring writers to join the team, then to edit and prepare their articles for publication.

Since his recent move to Canada, he has worked in a freelance capacity, writing articles/ advertorial about blockchain, NFT and cryptocurrency projects for the team at Grow Crypto, distilling dry and technical word-salad into a concise, digestible, and entertaining form.
