As a cookbook author, he has done extensive research and testing. As a culinary consultant, he has written manuals, training material, policies, and instructions for the hospitality industry, plus menus for restaurants, bars, catering business, and menus for special events, seasonal and holidays.
He has taken AWAI's Accelerated Copywriter course and just finished AWAI and Nick Usborne's Digital Copywriting course.
He has written numerous columns and articles on food and beverage related topics as a culinary writer. He has also developed, researched, and tested hundreds of recipes ranging from simple to incredibly complicated. He loves to research and write about anything culinary, not only food, beverages, kitchens, and equipment, but also people working in any capacity in the culinary field.
