Kayla has had the opportunity to live in multiple places along the years being a military spouse which has helped her to strengthen her skills, step out of her comfort zone, and continuously learn more about herself!

Kayla loves listening to people. She value genuine connection. It interests her to hear their passions and what matters to them not just at work, but in life! Kayla likes to write to make people feel something. Can her words on a page make them feel something to inspire them, motivate them, or spark a change?

Kayla is a life long learner. She loves listening to podcasts and reading.There is so much knowledge out there and she is determined to soak up as much of it in as she can!

Although she have been in the recruiting industry for many years she has always wanted to expand into writing! Passions include, coffee first thing in the morning, health, wellness, cosmetics, and being a Wisconsin native, yes, she is your stereotypical Green Bay Packers fan 🙂
