
Sally specialised in TV and film throughout most of her career in journalism and during that time, she interviewed some of the biggest stars of stage and screen. She has also written extensively about women's issues and wellbeing and blogs regularly about her work with a spiritual mentor. In her capacity as a PR, she has written features on interior design (for a wood floor company), food and beverages, travel, automobiles, fitness and education among other things.
Sally's specialty is the ability to turn difficult prose into something that is easily accessible to any reader.
Sally is a regular meditator. She attends silent retreats whenever possible, tries to be mindful and is interested in works by the likes of Ekhart Tolle and Wayne Dwyer.
She came late to classical ballet (at 52!) and now does regular classes. She runs (did a marathon once!), practices yoga occasionally and loves swimming in the ocean.
Other interests include food and cooking, psychology, television, film, literature, parenting teenagers and dogs.
