Christine C. has always been writing. Her career as an IT Service Desk/ Helpdesk Manager has helped her focus on communications between the very technical world of Information Technology and the less technical but equally complicated reality of the business world.

Today she is an active content and blog writer who searches for a challenge. Every topic is well researched and results in a quality, professional product with a quick turnaround.

Although she keeps busy, she finds time for hobbies such as cooking and gardening. When she has a break, she works on her version of the great American novel.

In over twenty years of IT support, she has learned that you must continue to learn and grow both, as an individual and as a company. Striving for improvement is a day to day task. She can add perspective and help you improve your processes.
