In over twenty years of IT support, she has learned that you must continue to learn and grow both, as an individual and as a company. Technology and work culture are changing so fast that if you aren’t open to change, you will fall behind. Working remotely is now the new normal and I have managed teams both onsite and remote.
When she started in IT, she had over ten years in retail sales and customer service. She has taken that customer focus throughout my career in IT.
Striving for improvement is a day to day task. She can add perspective and help you improve your processes.
Do you need help in getting the word out? Communication is knowing what to say, and how to say it. Working with different cultures has helped me focus on the message without forgetting the reader. She develops communication plans that focus information to the right audience using the right platform and timing.
