Susan B had major surgery on Thursday, March 16, 2017. Surgical complications from a collapsed lung and acute respiratory failure prompted the need to extend her stay in the hospital as her medical team worked to remove water from around her lungs and stabilize her respiratory function. She was discharged from the hospital on March 23, 2017, and is recovering at home with oxygen, and severe activity limitations. Susan is anxious to get back to work again, but she has a long road to recovery ahead of her. If you'd like to work with Susan, please understand that she isn't yet able to take on work with less than a 96-hour turnaround - or longer. She is grateful for the support of the WriterAccess community and current, past, and prospective clients.
For the past decade, Susan B has worked tirelessly, honing her skills as a content writer. She draws on her employment, hands-on, academic and research background to craft creative, one-of-a-kind blogs, articles, website content or anything her clients need from her. Susan has a B. Music degree in music history, a minor in piano, harpsichord, and French, and a Graduate Certificate from the University of Iowa Center for the Book.
Susan specializes in writing blog posts, informational articles, product descriptions, website content and any material that requires the skills of a meticulous researcher.
Susan wrote for Bounty Paper Towels, The DailyGlow (a beauty news site,) Gather News, and EverydayHealth Voices of Experience. She also wrote for Masterstudies, Image Tours, the J and M Homes website, a tile industry blog, and a cooking blog.
Besides her work for WriterAccess clients, Susan’s work appears on the San Francisco Chronicle website HomeGuides section, on the Dave’s Garden website, on the ApartmentRatings internet site, for the defunct Examiner.com site, and on the Vagaro.com beauty blog. Susan is a new contributor to the British blog of Farmer Gracy, a Dutch flower bulb sales website.
Susan urges clients who want to work with her to contact her about solo assignments. She makes a point of communicating with every client. This ensures that she goes into every project with a clear understanding of her clients' needs. She values the working relationships she builds with the many clients who send her regular work, and she commits herself to making sure that regardless of the nature of the assignments she gets, or how difficult they are, that every client is thrilled with the writing she submits to them. She will revise work until it meets their satisfaction as long as the requested revisions relate to the instructions she was given when the client sent the order through the WA assignment system.
Susan only accepts solo work that pays the Six Star rate per word.
