Hello! Jordan is excited to tackle any project you've got. His media focused academic background, along with public relations, marketing, and professional writing experience have prepared him for a great freelance opportunity like this one. You won’t find anyone happier to work hard, write, edit, and rewrite every day of the week.

During Jordan's first internship with Gwynedd Mercy University, the workload included both long and short-form articles for the university website, biographical blurbs, and copy on student activities. From there, he moved on to the Philadelphia-based agency, Bellevue Communications Group. Jordan navigated varying client objectives and brand voices to produce copy and drive attention toward several initiatives. Client meetings and previous social media material gave him a complete view of each individualized approach. In the vein of traditional PR, he was trained to write crisp press releases and advisories. These pieces are more straightforward and technical, but he was able to concisely cover all necessary information while injecting some client personality. Overall, he found it to be an exciting challenge in copywriting, brand analysis, and introductory media relations. After that internship, Jordan returned to the Gwynedd marketing team as a freelance writer. He continues churning out well-researched, SEO-influenced articles any time they ask. More recently, Jordan began working part-time as a book research assistant. In that role, he's done a lot of the grunt work associated with extensive, long-form projects.

As an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in creative writing. Due to that copy heavy combination, he's written, edited, and rewritten all kinds of material. He produced short form essays, long-form essays, children’s fiction, poetry, and even Beatles fan fiction. The constant writing helped develop Jordan's ability to juggle projects and meet deadlines at a high level. During those four years he was also able to accrue some event operations experience in a long-term work study position with the athletic department and a summer hospitality services role.

With Jordan's previous experience, determination to learn, and commitment to hard work, he'll exceed expectations.
